Voucher Conditions
1. Validity Period
All vouchers are valid for [2 years] from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Expired vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.
2. Booking & Redemption
Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or arrival.
Appointments are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended.
3. Non-Refundable &
Non-Transferable
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers can only be used by the recipient or as a gift.
4. Service-Specific &
Price Adjustments
Vouchers are redeemable for the specified treatment or dollar value listed on the voucher.
If a price increase occurs after purchase, the customer may need to pay the difference.
5. Cancellation &
No-Show Policy
A minimum [24 hours] notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the voucher being forfeited.
6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
7. Promotional &
Discounted Vouchers
Promotional vouchers may have additional restrictions and cannot be combined with other offers.
8. Right to Modify Terms
